My high school history teacher, Mr. Carpenter, once said, “It’s not about where you start, but where you finish.” At the time, I was struggling to balance expectations with passion and his advice was an “aha” moment. Flash forward, I studied to become a history teacher then pivoted to sales training and later partner and customer enablement.

I may not be a history teacher inspiring high schoolers, but I carved my own path so I can help others learn, grow and excel. Through global enablement, I discovered a joy in helping people become successful at their paths. Whether it’s an account executive, marketer or a client success manager, I enjoy designing programs and resources to instill confidence and performance.

Just like how I was advised, “It’s not about where you start, but where you finish,” the same applies to your business.
